Working with Kelsey was a pure joy.  She was very organized, prepared and excited to present to our group.  She was an outstanding presenter.  Her style was natural, engaging and thought provoking.  Kelsey is very knowledgeable of how people work, what motivates them and how to optimize their talents.  She did an excellent job engaging the audience.  Thank you so Kelsey, I cannot wait to work together more in the future.

Kelsey joined our Microsoft Fargo Finance Summit and did a 90 minute session teaching the group about Predictive Index, how to read the results, how to work better together as a team and masterfully intertwined the importance of empathy and diversity into the entire conversation.  Our group gave great feedback on the session and everyone was so surprised at how accurate their personalized results were.  Working with Kelsey leading up to the summit was a breeze- she came with so many great ideas personalized to our event and was incredibly organized and professional.  I cannot recommend Kelsey enough; her infectious energy, enthusiasm and poise inspired all who attended the session.

Kelsey Joy is an incredible asset to the business community! She lives & breathes team building, coaching & consulting. Using this passion, Kelsey presented to business leaders at the debut of the Dickinson Area Chamber Develop Dickinson on Talent Optimization During Times of Change. She packed the session with Predictive Index know-how, dynamic reports, and break outs with team members. Chamber members left with actionable takeaways to help drive team members and business forward.

I highly recommend Kelsey for your next project, presentation or event! Inspiring and compassionate is what comes to mind when I think of Kelsey. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Kelsey as a friend and coworker for a number of years, in which we worked at Northwestern Mutual together. Her work ethic and “can do” attitude is unmatched. It was just a matter of time before Kelsey found her true passion and became an entrepreneur. Kelsey and I recently collaborated together for a workshop and I didn’t even have to question the energy she would bring, she’s always prepared, she takes it to the next level as she memorized everyone’s names in a group of 40+ people and is one step ahead of the next action item for any project. What really impresses me about Kelsey is how polished she is when presenting in large groups. No matter what size her audience is, from 1-10,000 people, she instantly connects with people and leaves a lasting impression. I feel so fortunate to call Kelsey a friend and look forward for our next collaboration.
